Did you know that… for 1 kg of honey, bees have to take cca 100.000 flights/over 240.000 km, to visit almost 15 millions flowers to collect their nectar and pollen.

Contains: 80% sugars, organic acids, amino acids, peptides, enzymes, vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C).

Properties: moisturizing, healing, anti -inflammatory and antioxidant .

Naturally, honey is rich in nutrients which are beneficial both for skin and our health: vitamin A. Vitamin C, minerals and amino acids. These key ingredients have a beneficial effect for skin shown in feeding and keeping its health.

Antioxidants present in the composition of honey also have role in maintaining healthy skin and prevent its premature aging. Honey provides protection, moisturizes, softens and rejuvenates the skin giving it a young and healthy aspect.

It has been scientifically proven that the honey has antibacterial action against Staphylococcus aureus, a common bacterium, often seen in the environment that can lead to infection , especially if open wounds.
