Acacia honey

ACACIA HONEY is easy to recognize having a white-yellow color, extremely beautiful, bright and transfused. Its smell a bit persistent showing the same elegance and refinement of acacia flower. It is considered a honey of the highest quality.

It has a lower acid content. The honey remains liquid and does not crystallize easily due to its high content of fructose. Because of it light taste, it is prefered by children and ideal on fresh cheeses, yougurt, fruit cocktails and icecream.

The acacia honey is recommended for insomnia and for calming the nerve system (dizziness, sleepless nights, menopause problems, etc.)
