Multi-flower honey
Multi-flower honey - it is a honey with hues of amber, with a strong perfume, that shows multitude of flavours from different type of pollen. The multi-flower honey from Transylvania Plateau it is different from the one from other parts of the country: it is not a mixture of different range of honey, but a special honey, obtained by the bees from the variety of plain flower which can be found only on the famous fields from Ardeal
The variety of pollen from which is made, gives to this honey also a rich content of vitamins and minerals, so it is recommended for the nourishment of children and older people.
Due to the growth hormones that honey contains, it helps to a quicker heal of wounds and burns. Burns that are dressed immediately with honey heal well, without infection, and also with less scarring that after most treatments.
Acacia honey
Acacia honey - is easy to recognize having a white-yellow color, bright and transfused.
Linden honey
Linden honey - it is a honey with a strong flavour of linden flower with some yellow-orange reflexes.
