The company has recently built a modern hall to deposit raw material. We may store there 1.000 tones of honey. The hall is equipped with a warm- air tunnel to process bulk honey and honey barrels. It is also used for tanks where honey lots are homogenized. We can process up to 60 tones/ week, using barrels of 300kg.

Production:
From a technical point of view, our company is equipped with:
- automatic assembly line which is used for packing honey in plastic boxes of 20g; it has a 20.000pieces/day capacity.
- semiautomatic assembly lines, used for packing honey in plastic boxes of 20g; these are destined to producer’s personal brands and have a capacity of 12.000 pieces/day
- automatic assembly line, used for packing honey in plastic containers; it has a capacity of 2.000 and 3.000 pieces/day
- other semiautomatic assembly lines for special package

Apidava processes 30 tones/ packed honey every week in a completely renewed and equipped factory which corresponds to European Legislation regarding this domain.

Laboratory:
At present, at Apidava, are made over 50.000 analyses per year, each honey lot from each beekeeper is analyzed before being accepted, in order to see whether it corresponds to our quality standards or not. (for more information, see page "Quality")
